The Vice President made an extensive tour of Embu Prison where he officially opened the first biogas project at the facility.
Mr. Musyoka who was accompanied by Prisons commissioner Mr. Isaiah Osugo reaffirmed the Government was committed to full implementation of reforms in prisons to ensure it attains international standards.
